When you contact your mentor after the semester begins, please do so either by e-mail or by calling during the office hours noted in Faculty Information or the mentor's letter of introduction (Syllabus > Mentor's Letter).

Important note for e-mail users: Many mentors have junk-mail filters that will automatically delete your message if you do not include the following information in the subject line of your e-mail: your name, the College name (TESC), course name and number, semester and year, and the nature of the communication.
