Contact your mentor if you have any difficulty understanding an aspect of your course or if you have questions about your mentor's comments on your assignments. Your mentor will provide guidance and feedback to help you succeed in the course. Also, please direct questions regarding examinations and final grades to your mentor. The DIAL office staff cannot help you with grade-related information.

Note: Please do not call, write, or submit assignments to your mentor before the scheduled start-date of the semester. When you contact your mentor after the semester begins, please do so either by e-mail or by calling during the office hours noted in Faculty Information or the mentor's letter of introduction (Syllabus > Mentor's Letter).

Important note for e-mail users: Many mentors have junk-mail filters that will automatically delete your message if you do not include the following information in the subject line of your e-mail: your name, the College name (TESC), course name and number, semester and year, and the nature of the communication. For example:
